Welcome to Twin Pines Cabin!

To ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please review our policies carefully.

1. Booking and Reservation Policy

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book a reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

3. Security Deposit

Deposit Requirement: A security deposit will be held and released within 3 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
Damage Fees: Any damage to the property or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit.

4. House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
No Pets: We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and other guests.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

5. Amenities and Usage

Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit but must ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the area.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. We kindly ask guests to wash all dishes and return items to their original places before check-out.
