Highly Recommend
We had an amazing stay! The location of the place is perfect. Very close to downtown Truckee and Donner Lake. The house is modern and stayed nice and cool during the hot summer week we visited. Came with everything we needed to cook meals at the house and the deck area with bbq was perfect to have dinners outside. Austin was a great host too - communicative and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!

You'll NOT be disappointed by Austin's place or him as a host. We stayed for a month and wish we could have stayed longer! The pictures do not do it justice, there is plenty of room to spread out or work remotely. The house was spectacularly furnished and in a perfect location. I never book Airbnbs with fewer than 20 reviews. I made an exception for Austin's spot & am so glad we did.

We had an excellent stay for 2 weeks. The cabin had been recently renovated. Everything was new & updated. The host was great & responsive. The cabin is close to the lake & resorts. We’ll definitely come back again!

Yes, we have a washer and dryer available for guest use, along with laundry detergent.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests.

Yes, we provide fresh linens, bath towels, and extra blankets for your comfort.
What kitchen appliances and essentials are provided?
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. We also provide cooking utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the cabin?
Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the cabin to keep you connected during your stay.
Are there any restaurants within walking distance?
Yes, there are several fantastic dining options just a short drive away. From cozy cafes to fine dining, you’ll find plenty of variety to satisfy your cravings.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, there are several grocery stores and convenience shops within a 10-15 minute drive where you can stock up on essentials for your stay.
Can you recommend any family-friendly attractions?
Absolutely! Families can enjoy the nearby adventure park with zip-lining and rock climbing, as well as scenic nature walks and a local wildlife sanctuary.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request, depending on availability.
How do I check the availability and book a stay?
You can check availability and make a reservation through our 'Book Now' page. Simply select your dates, number of guests, and submit your booking request.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit which will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
